“We stayed only 1 night while taking my son on a college tour. The hotel was clean and room was updated. We had a view of downtown and the St. John’s River. Check in was great with Emileigh. She was so friendly and welcoming, and she continued to greet us when we walked through the lobby during the evening. “I had nothing but wonderful memories of my stay at Residence Inn. The staff were nice. The room was spacious - enough to accommodate my family.
I would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Marion - front desk supervisor for assisting me. My stay at Residence Inn was unexpected. I walked into the lobby deeply disturbed and she sensed it. “This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at.
