Hotel vicino a Jacob Park - Jacksonville

“The room was excellent. Parking was great. The cleanliness of the room was superb. The hallways smelled fresh and were well kept. The Cafe area that is open against 24/7. This area provides your coffee tea snacks etc. were-well stocked. We dined in the Coastal kitchen that evening. The food was great however the hostess did not approach the hostess station to seat us for about 15 minutes. This was a Wednesday night We also felt that the wait staff were more focused on certain tables than others....

“Wow, this was awesome. The lake view was so refreshing, the windows open in the room so you can get fresh air in. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the layout of what was around the hotel, a micro shopping plaza with festive architecture. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Jacksonville. ”

“Upon arrival Friday December 5,2025 around 5:49p.m.. the Younglady at the front desk was very pleasant & patient with a warm welcoming attitude that matched her smile. She got my husband & I checked in right away and pointed out the breakfast area, gym, & pool. The entire place was very clean from the outside to upstairs. The room was cozy, soft & comforting after a long day. Needless to say we slept very well. We always enjoy our stays as a member we are very satisfied. Thank you ”
