“Dated and worn hotel. Noisy in the evening with kids running around the halls. Breakfast buffet is mediocre compared to quality of competitors offering the same service. This hotel should not be rated 9+, it should be rated no higher than some score in the 8 range. Not terrible, but I would not stay here again if visiting Louisville.”

“Check in is at 3:00, but rooms were not available because housekeeping was behind. The waiting room was full of people wanting to check in. Once we got in the room, there were still no clean towels and there were still dirty towels and cleaning products in the room. There is not enough parking but for a third of the hotel. Seeing as there was a large event in town, parking was full. This stay was a disaster that they were not prepared for at all. ”

“Seems like the breakfast at these facilities have gone way down. The eggs look super rubbery. They typically only offer one fruit and that is an apple.
