“The staff are all phenomenal. The breakfast was home cooked! The only place we have ever stayed that continued adding fresh food to the buffet minute before the official end of breakfast. Thank-you Wanda. Our room was really clean and we stay there every time we visit grandkids. There was only one problem and I reported it to management. We are seniors and the non-skid strips on shower floors have worn out and are slippery. Scary for old folks like us.”

“I got there and the lady wasnt at the front desk. I had to call a number and about 5 minutes later she showed up. The elevator didnt work because of the shifting of the ground so I had to take all my luggage up the stairs and nobody asked if I needed help. Plus the stair area was pretty scary, dont go alone if youre a woman. There was also a sign that the hot water wasnt working. Every shower I took was freezing!!! I couldnt even wash my hair!! All this was extremely frustrating because I paid...
