“Arrived late, note on reception door to locate keys , easy peasy. Room was spot on, even found an corneto ice cream in the kitchenette freezer. Not good as we had to fight over who ate it! Handy spot with good rooms”

“The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. “This is certainly a value for money proposition. The rates are relatively low for the area which is a huge plus. The receiving method by phone as opposed to in person is odd though effective. While the room we had was obviously not new it was comfortable and more than adequate for an overnight stay.
