“The resort has a lot of restaurant options and activities to do. The beach is beautiful. Recommend only doing activities on the resort sight or bookings through the resort if the activity is off the resort.”

“The rooms were very clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly, helpful & respectful. The food was great and plentiful. The only negatives were that there were no mats on the floor, especially when stepping out the shower, and the toilet in our suite kept blocking after doing #2 which was very disgusting.”

“I enjoyed my stay overall, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. I would have appreciated more food options available at the adults-only pool. Additionally, I was not informed in advance that attending a timeshare presentation lasting over two hours was part of the experience. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different resort.”

“The Riu Aquarelle is a nice resort. The pools were nice and clean but very loud!! The staff was very friendly and nice. The drinks were just ok ! The biggest problem was our room smelled musty. The shower was dirty and the floors were dirty, I think they need to clean better!! The buffet was pretty good and had alot of choices. The Ala cart restaurant reservation system is not good!! I had to go online at midnight to reserve.”
