“Unfortunately the system was down when we arrived to check in, it was down for quite some time and we had to wait several hours before we could come back to check in. However the staff was COMPLETELY honest and helpful courteous and professional, they went above and beyond to make contact as soon as the manager arrived, on a weekend late at night, and manually entered us into a beautiful room with an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent. No hot tub though :( ”
