“I highly recommend booking a hotel anywhere else in Northwest Arkansas. I woke up my second night with 3 red bites along my arm. At first I thought it was mosquitoes since the weather in Arkansas is warm now. I went to take a nap in my hotel later that same day, and I see a red bug crawling on the sheets- a bed bug. The next day, my father had 2 bites on his legs. The rooms we occupied were rooms 316, 320, and 327. The hotel says that their pest control investigated the rooms and did not find...

“Parking was easy. Staff was excellent. Everything else was standard.”

“The hotel was the definition of sketchy. The pictures used to advertisement seem to be one room that looks good and the rest are gross. Our room was disgusting and the only that that seemed clean was the bed. The bathroom and tub had black stains, bugs and stuff all over the towels. There was hair and pubic hair in the toilet and tub. We didn’t end up staying the night as planned. We left as soon as possible.”
