Hotel vicino a Jones AT&T Stadium - Lubbock

“Staff was difficult time find at the front desk when checking in. Waited for 15 minutes with two other groups. I had to search and knock on doors and finally found someone in the laundry room. Similarly hard to find front desk one evening while three groups waited. Pool was filthy, bird poop all over the patio, and near windows. Food spills, unkept areas with spill stains that needed to be mopped where small attention to details would change it. Elevator floor was stained with spills bottoms...

“This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too.”

“Needs major updates / maintenance in rooms. Rusted tub, shower head completely loose from wall, dirty smell in room, a/c not cooling enough, some of the pillows were missing filling and smelled. Bar and restaurant have a nice setting and staff was nice.”

“Room was dirty, window A/C unit was hanging half off, room smelt like cigarettes, and the ICE machine was out of order. Also it was stated online the pool was open and the lady at the front desk said it was closed. Come to find out they didnt want anybody in it because they just cleaned it.”

“Nice hotel but needs some maintenance. Lift not working from 1st floor . Washing machine broken, no soap or dryers in public toilets. Staff were nice and room was clean ”

“We booked the last room on Expedia and paid in full as we were in Lubbock for the George Strait concert and the city and up to 1 hr travel was sold out! When we arrived at the Travel Lodge we were told they gave our room to someone else but they had another room that they don’t usually rent out that we could stay in. We had no other choice but to accept because we were 5 hours from home and we could not find another room in Lubbock! It was horrible!! Broken window, mold in the tub/shower,...

“When I called to advise I will be checking in late the “manager” informed me my reservation was canceled. No one called me or tried to reach me as to why. When I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager and started yelling. Worst customer service especially from a “manager”. ”

“NEVER GO HERE!!! Ever ever ever. Absolutely disgusting and no help from staff. A million cigarette stains on the bathtub. Water unusable to wash with. Terrifying stay.”

“This is a clean, well maintained property. It is close to plenty of places to eat. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure.”
