“Very convenient to downtown and the beach, and accommodating for pets”

“Room floor made everyone’s feet black. Asked for more wash cloths and was told there were none because they needed to do laundry. Pool closed in July. Comforter cover had stains on them.”

She came up to the room and did something to the unit whick made it kick on and then said well the bed is in front of the AC and it's not a good design. “I paid almost $900 for two nights. Friday-Sunday. $40 charge on hold I get that. But did not realize that you had to pay to park your car in the parking lot that is designated for your hotel specifically. $10 a day. Breakfast Saturday morning was chaotic. I’m not sure if the drink machine malfunctioned but the floor was wet with no sign saying “wet floor”. Worker almost busted his butt coming out of the kitchen. Available to eat was waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, and bagel. The...

“Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast.”

“Why is there no elevator in a hotel? If there is no elevator guest should be asked if they wanted second floor with no elevator access.”

“The staff were helpful and the pool was our favorite part. Our room was right by the elevator so it was loud. The blackout curtains let a lot of light in and didn’t really allow us to sleep in much. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and our room was attended to only once. The bed was the worst - hard, squeaky, could feel every spring, and very uncomfortable. It seems the property would do well to upgrade their mattresses. It was nice to be able to walk over to the Wharf to shop/eat. Overall I would...

“Very kind and professional staff. Clean room. Ocean view room and nice beach. Only one small thing i have considered me. I’m not pork eater they had turkey sausage option on the buffet but only 1 tong for bacon, pork sausage and turkey sausage. So people using same tong with every single meats anyway it’s easy to fix. Other than everything was excellent 👍.”
