“Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend.”

“L'hotel e' molto bello e non tradisce le aspettative da questo punto di vista. E' immerso in un meraviglioso giardino tropicale con piante di ogni tipo e un sentiero di 100 mt porta direttamente alla spiaggia di Colva, dove pero' l'hotel non ha alcun tipo di servizio se non il telo mare. Non ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, bar...nulla! In tal modo diventa impossibile usufruire della spiaggia. Anche il ristorante lascia un po' a desiderare. Non c'e' molta scelta e sono di una lentezza esasperante!...

“First and foremost, pay attention to their uncompromising cancellation and change policy! They do not budge. Also, the "no outside food" policy is ridiculous. While you can easily go to other restaurants outside of the grounds, (which are substantially cheaper!) The pricing for drinks and most food is "resort" pricing and rather skewed for the area. We actually had two rooms, the first during a business conference and the second because we stayed longer for a holiday. The first room over looked...

“Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money ”

“Excellent resort surrounded by pristine gardens with unbeatable access to beach via a private 5 min walk. Onsite pool and restaurant are of great quality too. Rooms high quality with sufficient well maintained inside and outside spaces. Outstanding breakfast including Indian and continental options. Reception staff also helpfully organised day trips with minimal upfront planning. Overall outstanding value for money. Thank you Santana resort staff for catering to the diverse needs of our family...
