“Room very specious and clean! Excellent hot water and air conditioning!”

“Because of the nature of my stay, I was only there late in the evening to morning. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. If I was there for a longer stay (or with my family), I would've definitely spent some time in the pool and arcade areas.”

“Everything in the room was clean, we felt safe, the staff was very accommodating. It was close to restaurants, and water park. The pillows and bed were comfortable. They could shampoo the carpet or switch to hard floor to make an improvement, but overall the room was priced right and worked well for my family.”

“The place is beautiful and has plenty of of areas to hangout. The only problem I had was the shower need more pressure.”

“I travel a lot for my business. By far the free breakfast at this Choice hotel was among the worst I have ever experienced. There was limited fresh fruit. Limited fruit juices available and pastries were dry and days old. Frankly, I have had better food at the convenience store across the parking lot from the hotel. So if breakfast is important to you, don’t waste your time or money staying here. The staff was super nice and the property seemed to be newer or recently updated.”

“Terrible service and the room was not secureable. The ground floor window was not able to be locked and easily accessible from the outside. The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. They would not provide a refund.”

“The room was clean, the staff was nice, but there were a couple of hitches. There was no soap in the shower, so I had to use the bar of hand soap. Also, my key cards stopped working on the second night of my stay for some reason, but they helped to reactivate them. Breakfast was pretty decent, bed was good. Overall, pretty nice.”

“The hotel restaurant was great. Food and drink was excellent. I loved the atrium and the pool area. Only problem was the loud rude group of men in the jacuzzi. Room very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to families.”

“The Grand Island Inn is a great place to stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked great. It fit my needs perfectly.”

“A/C was noisy, both doors had the extra chain locks missing, had to play around with the light switch above sink and mirror to get it to come on, carpet was stained and dirty, felt kinda sticky. Toilet bowl was loose and moved. Early morning kept hearing a cat out in the inside hallway. The sink faucet was very hard to pull out to turn on.”
