“I won’t take 1 star off my rating but they should fix the parking garage issue when checking out. The hotel key, I was told, won’t work anymore on the day of my checkout. The front desk person told me to just call for assistance when I’m at the exit gate and they would open the gate for me. I had to patiently wait and the person behind me too, because they didn’t answer immediately when I tried to leave the garage. Happy with everything else otherwise.”

“Fire alarm kept going off and we were asked to leave facility, staff not so courteous because I was not dressed professionally was treated as unimportant. Which it shouldn't matter what you look like being courteous needs to be implemented more at this facility. Very disappointing microwave wasn't working properly at all. Had to unplug it in and out which is a hazard. Just not what I expected.”
