The Space:

In tropical south Florida, feel like you’re in the northeastern woods but with the warmth of the tropical southern sun! Here’s the best news of all: At rates starting at less than $100 per night per bedroom, we give you 5-star luxury amenities and accommodations at a price you can AFFORD. ("champagne on a beer budget", as they say) Note: The Cabin House is rented only to one party at a time; you will not be sharing the premises with strangers or unknown travelers.


There are no extra guests or visitors allowed besides the number of guests included in your booking, at any time. Monday to Tuesday bookings at the $99 special rate do not include use of the guest house. If guest house is found to be used when booked under $99 rate, a charge of $99 per night will be requested at the end of your stay.


MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The home is very popular for family vacations and family reunions. Our posted maximum occupancy assumes there will be some number of children/teens using the bunk-beds bedroom, which which easily sleeps 5+ kids/teens. The "adults only" maximum occupancy is lower (by at least 5). If you are considering a stay with a large number of adults, PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING.

With the kitchen and house fully stocked with everything needed for your stay, arrive and relax knowing you don't have to run out for toilet paper, paper towels, beach chairs, condiments. We supply what others don't!

Nestled on 1.3 acres of private gated land just minutes from downtown Jupiter, Roger Dean Stadium, freeways and Florida turnpike.
This is very quiet neighborhood with very hard working people and retired senior citizens. THERE IS A STRICT NO PARTY, NO LOUD MUSIC AND NO SCREAMING/ SHOUTING POLICY.

House has Reverse Osmosis water system treatment.

No parking on grass. Pet waste must be picked up. In rare instances where the temperature may be in the 40-60’s range,
The weather conditions in these temperatures may not be ideal for optimal pool heating. It may take several hours and it may not get up to temperatures above 100 during conditions such as this, as the pool heater pulls warmth from the air and re-circulates it into the pool.

I am available at any time by phone or in person with prior notice. Phone contact information is also the wifi password.....If assistance is needed on the property someone is usually available . You may run into us, as property manager lives on the same street.
