“The bathroom door was barely functional (held together by a zap strap) as well as garbage left from previous guests. The internet would also cut out every 30 min and required constant resetting.”

“We had a little trouble with the entry door information. They had to change it. The second day we got a note on the car window saying we had to register. We had no idea how to do this or that it was necessary. That was annoying to have to go to their office - which we had trouble finding, and spend time saying we were there. I thought they could have easily left a parking tag in the condo so you could just put it on the window.”
