“Hi following are my observation and comment for improvement: 1. The masterbedroom door need to be fixed. Cannot open from inside the room. Knob mechanism not working. 2. TV box not fuctioning properly. 3. The room floor is not clean. Dust and hair strands can be found everywhere in the unit. 4. Washing machine was leaking water continuously. We had to clear the water using cloth. No broom or mop in the room. 5. Insufficient utensils. The unit is not well maintained in general. I will not...

“The room was terrible. Smelly, not clean and even the bottle watter in the room was opened. I have been staying Wyndham around the world and this is the worst.”

“Overall experience was very great with Silaslee - 1) Room was clean, and towels were provided, toiletry were provided 2) Unit came with a very cool jacuzzi located at balcony 3) Unit included a Coway water machine, microwave, fridge and oven 4) Best of all is that the unit came with an automated mahjong machine ”

“Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. “They charge Europe price but no Europe standard. The rooms are very dirty and old. The air conditioning is not working and loud. We called them to fix and nobody comes. Just very disappointing stay overall ”
