“In temerloh small town, parking a bike is a challenging factor.. a lot of the hotel here do not have this Facilities. ”

“Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other...

“Hi following are my observation and comment for improvement: 1. The masterbedroom door need to be fixed. Cannot open from inside the room. Knob mechanism not working. 2. TV box not fuctioning properly. 3. The room floor is not clean. Dust and hair strands can be found everywhere in the unit. 4. Washing machine was leaking water continuously. “the bed is not plush type, can feel the springs :/ hard on the edges so when you try to get off the bed it can be quite uncomfortable when dangling legs over the edge of the bed. toilet is well maintained, clean. staff receives most points for being courteous and kind.”
