“The room was filthy, they had to move me to another room because the linen had hair and stains on them. The second room was better but was infested with flies. I would not recommend”

“Pretty Good Aloft, I stay at this chain a lot. Clean rooms and building, had live entertainment for guests at night.”

“The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very well kept. We very much enjoyed the pool as well. The front of house staff was fantastic. The only mishap we had was the cleaning crew coming into our room while we were still in bed. We called in a later checkout at 9:30am to be checked out at noon. They proceeded to knock and walk in and tell us it was after 11:25am. Communication between staff must not have happened.”

“It was inexpensive and adequate but desperately needs a good cleaning. The plastic drawer unit for kitchen doesn’t fit, hard to open and there were crumbs and dirt in the silverware drawer. It’s fine to be old but not dirty. If you’re on a budget then I guess it works. ”

“One night just to sleep in and go I guess it’s ok :) but does really need an upgrade, old facility:(”

“Walked in room. Smelled like pot. Asked for a different room didn’t have one. So we left. Hopefully can get a refund front desk guy on staff was zero help”
