Did not feel safe in the area. The clerk at the front didn’t seem to care about the room’s condition, and assured us that Expedia would refund us if we wanted to leave, which we did. The pricing also was WAY above what was offered.”

“The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...
