“The hosts were wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The property was conveniently located close to the golf course where my son was playing in a tournament. Food options were just a short drive away. The breakfast provided was very nice and there was a shared communal kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer.”

“We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. ”

“Staff were incredible- when everyone arrived at the restaurant in a short span of time they were organized, efficient and even brought bottles of water to those waiting. Check out staff were quick and front desk assisted when they saw a line. Everyone was incredibly polite and interested in making the experience exceptional. Food was also amazing!! Hotel was clean and modern-one of the nicest hotels we’ve been to-thank you!”
