“We had a lovely spacious room and bathroom that were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was powerful, however, there was a gap between the screen and the bath so the bathroom got soaked every time we used it. The room doors need a soft close mechanism fitted to stop people from constantly slamming doors. The breakfast was not too bad but could do with some more cold options. The breakfast tables are very sticky! Overall we had a lovely stay.”

I was wrong, this time I had a complete different experience. The bathroom this time was molding and old, i got 3 towels 1 large and 2 small, the large one I had to use in the pool because they had none to give me and one of the two small was dirty. Not cool. “A clean, well-furnished and extremely comfortable appartment in the heart of Kendal. The location was ideal and we all slept ever so well in the very comfortable beds.All the communication for parking and checking in was really helpful and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

“This is an excellent house in superb state of repair with very good quality furniture. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was simple and Martin Wardle of the agents was extremely helpful. The house is situated in a village which is very near Kendal, the lakes and just over one hour to the Solway coast. There are some very good dining places in the area with our favourite being The Watermill Inn which has its own micro brewery producing very tasty beers. All in all...
