“This property was so lovely and quaint! We are so glad we chose it over a chain hotel! Easy check in/ check out and enjoyable sitting spaces inside the cozy parlor and outside on porch or overlooking part of the downtown! We’d definitely come back- absolutely loved beautiful Rockport!”

“My experience was pretty bad. They were playing music till one in the morning. You could hear the base in my room.All night my tub would not drain when I took a shower and then a lady knocked on my door at nine o'clock to ask me if I drove a certain car and I did not.And I told them what I drove never again”

“Wonderful room, cool decor and such a neat building. The bed was super comfortable and the space to hang out in the room was relaxing. Location is perfect for browsing the shops and eating out. Using text to communicate with the concierge was also very convenient and easy.”

“Very difficult to find property. Not visible from the roadway and no sign at roadway showing you are in the right location. GPS does not show you exact location. They will charge and keep security deposit at their discretion with minimal explanation. Limited selection for breakfast 1st come 1st serve”

“Hotel was literally brand new and I loved how good everything smelled - new and clean. Staff was wonderful. Only issue was towels and sheets were so new that all the fuzzies came off on us. They need to be washed a bit more but smelled clean so we’ll take it! Parking is near a dispensary so that was not too great either…..but the hotel, worth ever penny!”

“Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. ”

Quando siamo arrivati siamo andati alla reception, era sera e in fianco alla piscina c'era un focolare acceso, il locale reception è colazioni, molro accogliente, con sala biliardo e freccette, e un telescopio 🔭 che più che altro era di bellezza, tutto circondato da vetri e quindi immaginate il panorama la mattina.. Camera molto pulita e confortevole con finestroni sulla piscina, davvero nulla da eccepire. Se proprio vogliamo trovargli un difetto, la struttura non è sul mare, ma...

“The facility was lovely and perfectly located so that it was easy to get to various destinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sadly the only downside was the bathroom is lacking in some key items. It would be helpful if there were hooks on the back of the door to hang things on. It would also be helpful to have a shelf to put toiletries, especially if there are more than one people. It would be nice to be able to heat hot water, not just coffee. “We started out with problems from the online check in. They said we were in #9 but in was occupied, so they set us up in #6, then the code wasn’t working to get in. After that things were good, till we left and checked out at 830 then in a couple hours later they said we didn’t check out. There systems needs some work. Great location”
