“ Nice property. Lacked the VRBO feel in that is resembled a hotel more than a VRBO. All shower soap dispensers were empty. I mentioned it to the front desk but it was never addressed. Pool was nice but hot tub had no working jets. Pool attendant on the 31st was rude and did not want to be there. Bar staff at the pool all were great. Hotel restaurant was excellent. The unit was nicer than expected with a great waterfront views. Hotel operations were more professional than I would normally expect at a condominium complex. “I had the pleasure of bringing my family down to the keys for their visit. The place was beautifully located and the view is picturesque. The condo itself was easy to check into & truly beautiful. Vaulted ceilings, spacious sleeping quarters and large tub made the stay an exquisite experience. I very much look forward to a future visit & highly recommend.”
