“Yes you are on the ocean, yes there are docks, and yes you are centrally located for activities. Cottage was clean but very dated and not well kept. It is not private, we had people walking and driving in and around us throughout the day. We did bring a dog, which is why we liked the private description, but it was not and he spent a lot of time barking when we were there. “We had no problems with the property and the only questions we had were answered very promptly. We will book this property again. If you are going to dock a boat behind the house, communicate with host first as the wet slip can not accommodate a very large boat.”

“The property was as advertised and close to the amenities we wanted. The host was very attentive and responded to our texts promptly. The house was not very clean. Food under couch cushions, hair on the bathroom walls, hair stuck on the wall behind the kitchen sink, mouse poop in a kitchen drawer, crusties on the bed sheets, stains on the couch and chair, back door would not lock, active wasp nest above the back door. ”
