Delizioso cottage sulla spiaggia, completamente rinnovato a maggio 2017, nel famoso quartiere ricercato di Kill Devil Hills, MP 6. 5, in affitto, dai proprietari, da oltre 15 anni. Noleggio domenica-domenica a LUGLIO e AGOSTO Rambler- niente scale! Molto pulito, completamente attrezzato, splendidamente decorato in una posizione "meravigliosa". Ospita una famiglia di 6-7. Cani, devono avere vaccini aggiornati,

A pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. A pochi passi dal molo di pesca di Avalon e da molti dei locali (e visitatori) preferiti ristoranti, bar, Awful Arthur's Beach Shop e K-Mart. A pochi minuti in auto da Putt Putt Golf, cinema, bowling, Wright Memorial, accesso audio, molti ristoranti, sale giochi, bingo a Lions club, numerosi negozi di abbigliamento / articoli da regalo, negozi di alimentari
3 BR: 1 set regina, 1 set doppio, 2 singoli, 1 pacchetto e Play Sleeper per neonati / bambini. LR: divano in pelle, poltrona love, poltrona reclinabile. Wifi gratis. TV a schermo piatto da 27 pollici con cavo, Netfix. Tavolo da pranzo per sette-otto lavatrice / asciugatrice. Di calore aria /. Cucina completamente fornita: stoviglie, pentole, padelle, forno a microonde, tostapane, frullatore, macchina per il caffè, pentola di terracotta, ecc.
Biancheria da letto, da bagno e da cucina fornita. Hai solo bisogno di portare te stesso, il bagno, il telo da mare e la sedia!
Un bagno all'interno. Doccia esterna con spogliatoio. Ponte esterno con tavolo da picnic full size, barbecue. Quattro sedie in legno .. Parcheggio carraio per 4-5. Suono oceanico!

It was super cute, great location. Had all the basics. It was my first Vrbo experience and I was very happy with it. My kids and dogs have some great memories now of the Outerbanks and the cute little old house we got to call home for a few nights.
Enjoying a near by State Park.

Fishing from the Pier.. 5 minutes away from "home"

Its so quiet compared to where I live. Just the noise of the ocean. Quiet neighbors, and neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. Im in the rental business myself, and I would rent here again.

Was as advertised. Owner was very prompt in fixing an issue with the AC. There were some issues with flies and bugs, but this was to be expected for a property in the OBX.

A cute cottage! We really enjoyed it, was a quiet neighborhood. Had everything you needed in the kitchen. Great beds. Would of preferred a bigger shower, but we made it! A short walk to the beach, and target was good for us, got exercise that way.

Comfortable cottage within a five minute walk to the beach and a few blocks off the KDH strip that has all the amenities for a nice beach get away. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

Sweet Dreams had everything we needed for a fabulous stay! Great location, comfortable accommodations, clean, well maintained and equipped. We definitely plan to come back next year! Added bonus was the supply of linens and towels. However, guests are expected to wash and dry before leaving!

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Dreams. It was a perfect size for the three of us. Beds were comfortable as were the couches in the living room. It was a lovely beach cottage. You couldn’t have picked a more perfect location to buy your house. The walk to the beach was so easy. And after a day at the beach, the outdoor shower was so useful and appreciated. The location was also close to some wonderful restaurants. We did have a problem using TV and accessing internet. At other places we’ve stayed in the past, owners had binders with info about using appliances throughout the house. That would be our only suggestion. We are so grateful that the house was available for our shorter stay.

I will talk about the host and the property in sequence. Our host was unkind and unfriendly--not concerned with our comfort or experience. She was defensive when we brought issues to her attention and asked questions about the additional fees. Two weeks prior to our reservation, I inquired what the additional fees were towards. In response to my queries, the host threatened to cancel our reservation. The check-in was great, no issues. The cottage is cute and well-furnished. However, we noticed upon walking in that the handle to the oven door was lying on the counter. Immediately, I sent a photo to the host--and I was astounded to hear from her that they would fix it after we left. We did not have the use of the oven, and could not have the meals that we had planned and shopped for. The beds are good and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is great, close to the beach and on a quiet street--no traffic noise. There are lots of flies inside the house (I counted 12 at one time). I bought a fly-trap for the inside. Also there is zero privacy if you open the blinds, most of the windows look out on the street (except for the side porch). The blinds must remain closed -- making it dark inside during the day. An important issue for future renters: be sure to bring your toilet paper!

Sweet Dreams was just the right size for our family of six and our furbabies! The place was clean and nicely decorated. The cottage is located in my favorite area of OBX. Short walk to the beach, pier and some awesome restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect … an easy walk to the beach. A few minor issues … the storm had knock out the Wi-Fi and I couldn’t get it restarted, but Douglas was responsive about it. We did have some flies in the house (not unexpected in Sept at the beach and easily resolved with a Zevo trap. We did notice the door handle on the oven was broken (I think the screw hole was stripped) but I didn’t mention this until check out, so no concerns about responsiveness. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The Sweet Dreams house was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenage girls z the house had everything we needed. The best part was location! Walk to the beach, target, and dinner! Driving to either end of the OuterBanks was east from the house.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The location honestly couldn’t be better. Super short walking distance to the beach, short walking distance to Target! Everything else is a short drive away! The house itself is very nice, very clean and all the amenities are there. We couldn’t have asked for more on our first trip to OBX.

The house was very clean. Good space for family of four without being overly expensive. Short walk to beach with private access which is wonderful because it’s far enough away from public access points which gave us a very uncrowded space of beach to enjoy. We always bring our own bed linens, so it wasn’t an issue for us that beds aren’t made up- but be prepared to make up the beds when you get there if you use the linens provided. Also bring paper towels, tissues and tp! Thankfully we brought all of that because there was not a stitch in the house to even tide us over until we unpacked. We left some paper products behind so the next vacationers wouldn’t run into the same issue. Target is right down the street (walkable) which came in handy and my daughters loved. Overall great stay.

Easy access to the beach. Lots of cooking utensils and kitchen appliances including a slow cooker, brand new charcoal grill on the patio. Only suggestions are to clarify the 2nd bathroom refers to the outside shower (which is nice for rinsing sandy feet after having been to the beach), would have been nice if the beds were already made upon arrival (we had to look for the sheets), and heads-up for how long it'd take to wash the towels and linens. It took much longer than we expected resulting in a bit delayed departure.

When we arrived at the property, we had to make our beds, look for the towels and the pass to be able to park our car in the corresponding parking lot. (We found the parking pass 2 days later under a chair in the patio.) And the last thing we did not expect was that the refrigerator was not clean, because there was food and the coffee maker had a filter with coffee that had already been used by previous guests. The rest of the house was in good condition and our stay was pleasant. Thank you.

We were comfortable and the house was within walking distance to the beach. The inside shower is small, but the outdoor shower has plenty of room. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper and paper towels.
