“Great location with upgraded amenities! The bed was a little hard, and gym was an extra step, each time you visit, you need to check in and get a separate key. Staff was amazing and very welcoming in this boutique hotel. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to several bus stops and many food options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The only small things that could be improved are the storage space in the room (there’s no wardrobe, just a clothes rack) and the cleaning, as used cups were not removed during my stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it! ”

“Loved the big space, and the bed and couch were very comfortable! If anyone else is wondering as I did if the round dining table is a good size for working on a computer, there’s plenty of space for 1. I preferred sitting by the window there so just moved the desk chair. Super easy to walk around the castle to get places, and a Sainsburys is a block away. Felt safe at night to walk back. As someone who doesn’t usually get their room cleaned partway but had a longer stay, I do wish there was say...

The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was appropriate lighting in each area, laundry available (I assume on each floor), sensory lighting in the hallways, excellent communication from the off-site staff. “A very nice hotel with a 'living apartment' concept; whilst there is no breakfast on site, plenty of options nearby at a reasonable rate and with a hotel discount. The daily wine hour between 5pm and 6pm was a nice touch to enjoy talking to fellow guests or just read a book by their library area. ”
