“Was a little disappointed arriving with my kids who were ready to swim and the pool was closed. And they said it’s been closed for a while. I said I wish there was a message on the site that said pool was closed and maybe they should takedown pictures because it make us look like they have a working pool. Anyway staff was great. Breakfast was good. And you can get coffee out in the lobby anytime. ”

“I originally checked into the hotel and was assigned a room that when I got there the room was not clean, the toilet had feces in it and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. I approached the front desk to move rooms, but was met with well a non apologetic guest host who in my opinion made me feel like it was my fault. She did move me to another room where, in my opinion that floor and my room needs some work.The trim on the door is falling off and did fall off in the hallway was laying in...

“If you have bad knees and severe arthritis like me THERE’S NO ELEVATOR DO NOT STAY HERE unless you can carry your luggage up flights of stairs. For me it was a struggle that left me in tears. The room was OK, room lighting is dark, a bit of mold, a dingy bathtub, broken thermostat button, but decently clean. The desk guy was nice, but casually told me after check-in there’s no elevator. No offer of help. I can’t comment on the breakfast the stairs hindered that trip. ”

“I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). ”

“We were desperate and traveling with small children so we had to stay one night at this hotel. It took going through four different rooms before one was somewhat acceptable. There were stains on the matress and bedding, bugs in the room, no shower curtain in one room we went through, food and garbage on the floor. The tile in the bathroom was dirty. This hotel deserves to be turned into the local health department. ”

“Good room and helpful staff. They are actively making improvements, but I don't mind the progress!”

“Room was out of toilet paper and soap. Staff didnt understand english very well. Wont be staying there again unless no other choice available. ”

“The room was clean, hallway was clean. Breakfast was clean and a good amount of options. Staff was the sweetest.”

“I came to relax after a long day at a conference. I planned on going swimming. I never made it there. After making a few phone calls, I realized the bed was too comfortable to move. I had a great night sleep- didn't wake up once for a bathroom trip, and I usually do at home. I highly recommend. ”
