The personnel is really kind and nice, the rooms are clean and perfectly provided, the breakfast is huge and international, the location is absolutely fantastic, very close to the Tube of Green Park which is in direct connection to the Heathrow Airport. “Room upgrade was not told to us ahead of time; the upgrade had stairs and bulky chairs. We finally got ‘downgraded’ to our original room booking which we much preferred due to not being below the rooftop terrace and no stairs. ”

Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. E' a 3 minuti a piedi da Harrods, 7 minuti dal Victoria and Albert museum, Museo di storia naturale e della scienza.”
