Welcome to “Uptown Blue,” a large custom built home that lives up to its name. Located 1 block away from central Uptown Waterloo, everything is within walking distance. The neighbourhood is beautiful, private, well kept with lots of greenery, giving guests the best of both worlds!

This recently built (2015) custom Balinese inspired home comes with functionality and comfort in mind! Fastest internet plan available (1GBPS) w/ 2 separate work stations, it meets the needs of the modern day traveler

• Third bedroom in furnished basement with one queen sized bed
• Fourth bed is a futon bed in the basement

Guests have access to the entire house. This is a stand alone property with no tenants in attached suites; fully privacy.

• Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously, please be considerate to neighbours.
• No unauthorized visitors or guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests.
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house .
• Please remove your shoes.
• Damage deposit of $400.
