“A terrible stay—no microwave, no fridge, the bedding hadn’t been changed and was filthy, and there was a disgusting smell of marijuana coming from the next room.”

“The property is lovely and clean. There was free parking next door (be aware you must use an app to access the parking garage). Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. An excellent place to stay with many great restaurants and fun places within walking distance. ”

“Booked a medically necessary room with roll in shower and it was not avaliable when we arrived. No management available that night or morning or the following day when I called. Filed a case with the hotel chain but have yet to get a response from management. ”

“Lots of random hairs in our kitchen area and bathroom when we arrived. Blood on our shower curtain. Lots of noise from the hall doors. Pool area was making our eyes burn just from sitting in there watching the kids. Kids were coughing from the high chemicals and complaining their eyes were burning too. Staff were friendly and easy check in/check out.”

“Clean room - one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve slept in. Stairways need to be vacuumed. Mats need to be replaced. Staff is awesome.”

“The staff was fantastic and friendly. Our room was nice. The only thing I would suggest, if you are a picky pillow person, you may want to bring your own. Usually, there is a soft pillow and a firm pillow, both were super soft. ”

“Hotel was nice overall. Only complaints Is there’s a lot of pot smoking going on outside and I’m sure inside as well I smelled it the entire time. Also our room had no toilet paper at all nor backup rolls. But other than that it was a nice stay. ”
