“Hotel davvero per famiglie: ampia area giochi esterna e interna, cinema, piscina per bambini, possibilità di noleggio bici. Un autobus gratuito permette di raggiungere i laghi più vicini: per i bambini è stupendo il lago di Going. Pasti vari e ben cucinati (cucina tipica). Parlano inglese. “The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other...

“The Hotel is quite big,I really liked the restaurant,the food is really good breakwast was super and the staff is excellent. The sauna area is quite big and there is also a silence room. One of the best Hotels in Tyrol i think. the Hotel is located in Kirchberg Village,about 10 minutes walk from the station and the village. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who likes mountains Hiking,skiing,and good hospitality.”
