“The breakfast was not ascexpected”

“The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. For example, you could see handprints in the dust above the lamp. The main issue that we had is that our room didn't get cleaned the entire 6 days that we stayed. The 3rd night, we went to the desk for clean towels. On the 5th morning we stoped by the desk on our way out to inquire why our room had not been cleaned...

“There was no hot breakfast cereal on oatmeal only ”

“Room was mostly clean. You could see that a dirty rag was used to clean, there were streaks everywhere. Good breakfast. Pool was nice enough. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. ”

“Elevator could not be called up to the forth floor from the fourth floor, Had to walk down to third floor to go down the elevator to lobby. Missing electrical cover under table and on wall”

“The hotel and room were good. The power strips on the nightstand and desk should be replaced, the receptacles on each do not work well with modern chargers. Also, the alarm clock is of no value because it is not backlit and can not be read in low light conditions.”

“Great location at the university with great views. Easy parking and friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable and classy. Onsite dining options were very good and higher end with walkable more affordable options near by. ”

“This was one of the best LaQuintas I have ever stayed at. Place was clean. Desk people friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good!”

“Mold in the room and bathroom door didnt close”

“Everything in facility was excellent, there was sounds like a dirt track very close by….fortunately at 9:00 pm there noise was less as we had turned on the A/C.”

“Charli the front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty.”

“Room had bed bugs and they didnt refund my money so i had to file an insurance claim me and my family took a loss on alot of clothes and shoes due to me throwing away the things that could have contaminated our home i have video footage of the bed bug on the bed ”
