“Great breakfast - clean room - great room service ”

“This property did not meet our expectation as was described and pictured. The breakfast was not more than bagels or cereal. We tried to relax the first morning there and the maintenance workers were blowing off the deck on a windy morning much longer than necessary. My husband went out and asked how much longer to be told it was late and people should be awake. I also fell on the deck because I did. It realize there was a step down. “ the only problem i had was that the floor although it was swept it hadn't been moped in a while. I know this because within 15 minutes of walking barefoot the bottom of my feet were black not even a little dirty. However the next morning we saw housekeeping and asked hip just to mop the floor, which he did and everything was great after that. I would definately go there again.”

“Room was clean but bathroom door was hard to shut and had a hole from someone kicking it maybe? Took us a bit to find the entrance because it’s right next to another motel and no sign on door or above it like pictures showed. ”

“Someone before us flooded the room. Carpet still soaked. Cigarette burns on bedspread. Hotel was booked. No other rooms. Manager stated he could refund us but we'd have to leave. Wife slept in bathroom due to asthma. ”

“The overall establishment is clean our room was ok, the environmental services staff needs to check behind an under stationary furniture, unfortunately we found moldy raisins and crumbs behind a small chest of drawers and candy wrappers under the bed and the tub floor was gray.”

“We come to the area 3 times a year for a hockey tournament and this was the first at Tru. The parking was super convenient and always had available spots and was well lit. The room was very small which could be expected. The water pressure was very low so it was difficult to take a quick shower due to that. Fair selection for breakfast but were trying too much with eggs; scrambled eggs would have been fine. The staff always looked mad to be there and annoyed when I noticed some guests asking...
