“I gotta say this property was much better than I ever expected. The unit very clean and well taken care of, beautifully decorated and quiet. Its is a ground floor so it was nice to look out on the lanai to see the lush plants and little mongoose running around. Parking was great right in front of our place a big plus. “Very private unit. Probably the most private, quiet and beautiful unit on the property. Super comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants and the ocean very very close!! Town is walking distance and lovely. Highly recommend this unit.”

“Excellent location, a close walk to everything. Clean, quiet property. If you rent a car, there is free parking and easy access to roads for getting in and out of the city. I would definitely stay at this location again!”

“I had a wonderful view of the ocean and Alii drive. The room had almost everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, small appliances, and cleaning products. Plenty of towels (bath, pool, kitchen). I didn’t use the tv, but I did use the WiFi which worked just fine. The bed and chairs in the unit were comfortable and there was a small dresser to hang clothes (including hangars). I used the AC and it cooled the space quickly. I used the laundry facilities....

“This was a great place to stay! We were here for 6 nights and had a really amazing stay. There was onsite parking (which is huge), and it was very easy to find a parking spot.The location is in the middle of all of the Kona buzz, which made it easy for us to walk around when we stayed in town. The Farmer’s Market was less than a 5 minute walk, and Safeway, Walmart, and Target were all quite easy to get to. “The condo is very clean and has everything you need. Not very big but perfect for a couple. The view is on a very kind pool and there is also a small spa very comfortable. The position is perfect because is near everything and the center of Kona , 5 minutes or less walking, but you don't hear noise and from your apartment you see only nature or main yard. ”
