Villa si trova nel tranquillo porto di Cavtat, a soli 150 metri da spiagge, ristoranti e negozi, ma mantiene la sua privacy e tranquillità. È stato restaurato con grande cura 7 anni fa, magnificamente convertito per ricreare una proprietà dal fascino e dalla qualità unici. Questa Villa è uno degli edifici più antichi della regione, le cui fondamenta contengono resti di mura e ceramiche originarie dell'antico Epidauro.
Ai lati di un prato ben curato, coltivato ad aranceti e alloro. La proprietà è circondata da mura alte 2,5 m, con un ingresso appena fuori dal porto storico di Cavtat.
La Villa è composta da quattro camere matrimoniali di cui una al primo piano e 3 ampie camere da letto al secondo piano di cui una con vista su una vista mozzafiato sul porto di Cavtat e sull'Adriatico, cucina completamente attrezzata, zona giorno, 2 bagni , terrazze con mobili da giardino e barbecue ...
Villa può ospitare fino a 8 persone ed è completamente climatizzata con TV satellitare e connessione Internet WI-FI.

Fabelhafte Unterkunft

Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2023 für eine Woche mi 2 Familien (Teenagern & Erwachsene) in der Ferienwohnung und hatten eine wirklich wunderschöne Zeit. Mija und ihr. Ater Michael sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die man immer ansprechen oder anschreiben kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet , sehr sauber und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es passte und stimmte alles. Auch die beiden Außenbereiche sind sehr schön und laden zum Verweilen ein. Auch das wir zur Mitte der Woche nochmal komplett für alle frische Handtücher bekommen haben war sehr aufmerksam. Vielen für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wenn wir nochmal nach Cavtat kommen, würden wir gerne wieder diese Ferienwohnung anmieten

Wonderful stay in central Cavtat

The location of this property and its two garden spaces are both fabulous. 1 or 2 minutes downhill to the restaurants and shops at the waterfront. The gardens are beautifully maintained and so lovely to relax in. Mia was very quick to respond to all queries.

A lovely place

We are so glad we stayed in Cavtat, and this apartment was lovely. It was a short walk from the boat dock, which has regular, easy transport to Dubrovnik. Warning, it’s a short uphill walk with steps, so anyone with mobility problems should not pick this place. No car can get there. But the peace of this beautiful town and lovely apartment is a great alternative to the overwhelming tourist bustle of Dubrovnik. My only complaint: the apartment could have used basic amenities like soap in the shower, laundry detergent, more towels. But the property owners were very nice. This is a great place!

I stayed at the property with my wife and two daughters, we were greeted by Mia and were extremely pleased with the property, it was spacious fully equipped clean, and comfortable, the front garden was most pleasant where we had breakfast, and the upstairs garden was lovely with sun loungers and a most relaxing area. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return, Mia, her, father, and mother were most helpful to us in providing local knowledge..

Erstklassige Unterkunft in mitten historischer Altstadt und Strandnähe

Zunächst danken wir erst einmal unseren Gastgebern sehr herzlich für den traumhaften Aufenthalt, den Sie uns in Cavtat ermöglicht haben. Unser Eindruck: es handelt sich um ein professionell restauriertes historisches Haus inmitten der Altstadt von Cavtat. Es präsentiert sich sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit in sämtlichen Fragen, die uns als Touristen so in den Sinn kamen. Durch die Empfehlungen der Gastgeber konnten wir die Region Konavle ausgiebig kennenlern und auch lieben lernen. In der Unterkunft gibt es Platz für maximal 9 Gäste. Zwei Bäder und eine große Küche mit viel Platz gibt es. WLAN und Fernsehen sowie ein gemütlicher Außenbereich mit Garten und Außengrill werden auch geboten. Die Lage ist optimal - direkt in der Altstadt auf der Halbinsel. EinigeTreppenstufen direkt vor dem Grundstück führen in zirka 50 Metern hinab zum Hafen, der Hauptpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und zu verschiedenen Bademöglichkeiten. Sprich: die Unterkunft ist sehr gut positioniert. Man hat von einem Schlafzimmer aus sogar den Blick auf die kleine Meeresbucht von Cavtat. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten und Kaufläden für Nahrungsmittel in der Nähe. Man muss sich jedoch dessen bewusst werden, dass man nicht direkt zur Unterkunft fahren kann und deshalb entsprechend die Koffer zirka 200 Meter vom Parkplatz aus in die Altstadt tragen muss. Dies hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Das Gefühl, wie ein Native inmitten der historischen Altstadt zu leben, mit kühlenden engen Gassen und Autofreier Umgebung, hat diesen Umstand lange wieder Wett gemacht. Wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen die Reisezeit "Herbst", da zu dieser Zeit die Natur noch grün ist, das Wetter und das Meer Wärme bieten und die Anzahl der Touristen sehr überschaubar ist.

Charming perfectly located to town

Loved that Mejia met us at bus. She helped with luggage up the 40 steps. Her mom made homemade lemonade. Oh my gosh the outdoor seating to so darn cute. Plenty of space for a family or girls trip like ours. 5 minute walk if that to town. Host parents live upstairs. Can’t go wrong with booking this location. The restaurant at Dalmacija was recommended and the restaurant owner knew our host. This is where we will book next year. Seriously this town is awesome. Darlien

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert, sehr geräumig sowohl im innen als auch im Außenbereich. Hervorragend die Sauberkeit. Der Garten mit der Sonnenterrasse ist traumhaft. Mija ihre Familie sind wunderschöne Gastgeber: sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns während des Aufenthaltes richtig verwöhnt. Lovely traditional style house in the heart of Cavtat

A lovely property located in the heart of Cavtat. It has all the amenities you could possibly want including AC throughout, which this summer was a must! The property was spotlessly clean with an endless supply of towels. Mija and her family made us very welcome and were happy to be flexible with our arrival and departure times. There was a very pleasant terrace where we could eat outside in the evenings, whilst the harbour restaurants were two minutes walk away

Our wonderful stay at Mija's

My husband and I, along with two other couples, stayed in this lovely four bedroom home for three nights before embarking on a bike tour of the Dalmatian islands. The villa is a hike up several stairs but Mija was there to assist with luggage and to welcome us. She is most gracious and accommodating. The villa had everything we needed. The walk to the promenade in Cavtat was down several stairs but we all adapted quickly. There is a sun patio with a table for eating or lounge chairs for the sun worshipers. Mija, her husband and her son were there to assist us with our bags on our departure on Sunday. This villa is spacious, clean, nicely appointed and the host is nothing short of excellent. We loved our stay in Cavtat and were so thankful that we avoided the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. There are several ferries to Dubrovnik from the town center (5-8 minute walk) that take about 45 minutes. Cavtat and Mija's villa make for an absolutely wonderful stay in Croatia.

Een goed gerenoveerde vakantiewoning met authentieke details en centrale ligging in het dorp.

Wij hebben met 7 volwassenen een geweldig verblijf gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning. de woning licht centraal in het dorp op loopafstand van het strand, de haven en diverse restaurants en bars/terrassen. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien , de keuken is prima uitgerust, de bedden zijn goed, er zijn twee moderne badkamers en alles was bijzonder schoon. Er waren voldoende handdoeken en ander linnengoed aanwezig. De eigenaar had een taxibus geregeld voor de transfer vanaf het vliegveld en stond ons in het dorp bij aankomst al op te wachten, om ons rond te leiden. Zij gaven goede tips over winkels, excursies en andere praktische zaken, bijzonder gastvrij. Wij hebben genoten van de prachtige tuin met zwembad, BBQ en een heerlijk terras met voldoende zitplekken voor iedereen. We kregen gratis een late check out en ook de taxibus voor de terugreis was prima geregeld. Enig minpuntje is het feit dat de beide toiletten in de badkamers zijn gesitueerd. Maar wij vinden dit huis echt een aanrader, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!
