“The games room for the kids was always closed. Staff would send us down there but it was never open. The kids wanted to go in and play and to seee what was there. Very disappointing for the kids. If you are going to offer this it should be open when you say it is. They closed the mini golf a bit early as well. We were trying to find out about the float down the river but no one seemed to know any information. It took us about 3 hours to find anything out. None of which was told by the staff. If...

“The Josie is amazing! Our junior suite was beautiful, well appointed and clean. The bathroom was enormous. Service in the bar and front desk was personable, prompt and informative. The only thing that was a disappointment was the chicken and waffles”
