“I checked in late and was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked me in quickly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Weren’t a lot of extras but that’s not what I was looking for. Had a great stay at an exceptional price. ”

“My only complaint was I was told I could request a late check out in the morning. Nobody told me only 1 room in a section could get a late checkout. So by 8am they told me I could not get one as the late check out was taken. Had I know this I would have phoned the reception early. ”

“Up there on a work trip. Never had any suspicions of negativity when I walked in the room like some places I stayed. The tv was a little tough to figure out but it got all the right channels like BTN so I could watch the Hawkeyes game. I’d stay there again!”

“We did not have a free breakfast but you receive a coupon to put towards the breakfast. The breakfast was simply delicious. Everything was very fresh and the service was excellent. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. It’s nothing fancy but if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay and have a wonderful breakfast in the morning I highly recommend staying here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. ”
