Also, nearby you can visit the traditional village of Petries, less than 1.5 km.
To explore the surrounding villages, countryside and fully enjoy your stay, a car is essential.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Der Blick aus den Fenstern oder vom Balkon geht auf eine malerische Bucht mit einem feinen, kleinen Strand und eine sanfte Hügelkette sowie den kleinen Hafen der angrenzenden Ortschaft. Dazu natürlich die Weite des Meeres in seinen unterschiedlichen Farben. Ein echtes Postkartenpanorama. Man könnte den ganzen Tag nur schauen. Keine einzige hässliche Bettenburg. Die wenigen, noch nicht fertig gebauten Häuser, stören kaum. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles funktioniert. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im angrenzenden Ort (35 Min zu Fuß, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) verschiedene Tavernen, 2 Bäcker, zwei kleine Supermärkte. Der Abschied von dieser Idylle war echt hart.

Tolle Wohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Zudem in einer wunderschönen Lage, nur wenige Fußminuten bergab vom sauberen, ruhigen Strand entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch Tipps für die Umgebung. Essen gehen kann man bei Bedarf vor Ort oder in Agio Apostoloi. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und freuen uns, wenn wir eines Tages wieder kommen können!

Großes, sauberes Haus in wundervoller Lage

Wir haben Ende Oktober 11 wundervolle Tage in Klimaki verbringen können. Das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen - von der Terrasse kann man den Sonnen- und Mondaufgang genießen. Der Strand vorm Haus ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Innerhalb von 10-30 Autominuten laden sowohl in südlicher als auch nördlicher Richtung viele weitere Strände zum Erkunden ein. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt (Toilettenpapier, Seife, Fön, Milchaufschäumer, Toaster, warme Decken, Handtücher, Wäscheständer, Gefrierfach). Die Kindern haben sich sehr über das Medienangebot (PC an großem Bildschirm angeschlossen) und das gute Wifi gefreut. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufgeschlossen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir kaltgestelltes Wasser und leckere Granatäpfel vorgefunden. Er war jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. Ein Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Above Klimaki beach

The apartment has stunning views over the bay to Agii Apostoli, made the most of by the sitting-room's picture windows and the extensive balcony. We spent a lot of time just sitting and looking! The elevated position meant that there was nearly always a good breeze to keep us cool, and we had very little trouble from mosquitoes - we often just had the windows open at night, though there was the option of air-conditioning. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful on arrival, easy to contact thereafter, and had left the apartment more-than-usually well equipped. We especially appreciated the coffee and the ready-made ice in the (large) fridge-freezer, while the sack of food for the friendly visiting cat was a nice touch. The path down to the beach is a bit steep, but we soon got the hang of it - the fact that you can see the beach from the apartment meant we knew if it was busy or not before setting out. In fact, while there were always people there, it only really got packed at the weekend - unsurprisingly, as it's so beautiful and sandy. The Klimaki taverna was a bit of a disappointment, as it had a very restricted menu, but it really was only 5-10 minutes by car to the tavernas of Agii Apostoloi and the mountain-village of Petries. Another time we'll make more effort to explore the lovely beaches nearby, but for this week we were more than happy just to relax where we were. I would thoroughly recommend this place!

Traumurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausserdem ist es geräumig und es ist alles an Ausstattung und Dingen für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden(z.B. Putz- und Pflegeartikel. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Kühl/Gefrierschrank war gefüllt mit gekühltem Wasser und Eiswürfeln. Darüber waren wir bei unserer Ankunft sehr froh. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft schön mit herrlichem Blick auf die schöne Badebucht. Der Strand fällt flach ab und ist gut zum spielen und schnorcheln geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt in Agio Apostoli. Dort gibt es aber nur das Nötigste zu kaufen. Eine gute Bäckerei ist dort aber vorhanden. Die nächst größere Stadt Aliveri ist 25 Minuten entfernt. Durch die ruhige und abgelegene Lage des Hauses ist es eher für Individualurlauber geeignet. Die Gegend hat aber für Entdecker sehr viel zu bieten. (z.B. die Dimosarisschlucht,das Dirfisgebirge und eine große Zahl an unterschiedlichsten Stränden. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub hier und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Sehr gerne kommen wir auch wieder!!

Tolles Haus, toller Gastgeber, toller Strand, toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten zu viert tolle zwei Wochen in diesem Haus. Die Lage oberhalb des Meeres ist sensationell. Stathis hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und ausführlich erklärt. Es gab zur Begrüßung sogar einen Korb mit Aprikosen, wunderbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Vom großen Balkon sieht man direkt auf den Strand, das Meer und die Bucht. Es gibt vom Haus einen kleinen Fußweg direkt an den Sandstrand (ca. 90m entfernt). Das Wasser ist extrem klar, der Strand sauber und familiär. Sehr gut für einen Familienurlaub. Das Haus hat zusätzlich eine Außendusche, so dass man sich nach dem Strand gleich abduschen kann. Super! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sehr angenehm die Klimananlage in den drei Schlafzimmern. Wir haben den Fernseher und den angeschlossenen PC oft genutzt, das ist ein sehr guter Service. Das Wifi funktioniert prima und die Internetverbindung ist schnell. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser am Mittelmeer gebucht und können daher sagen: Zu diesem Preis in dieser Lage war dieses Haus bisher das beste! Zum Schluss noch ein kleiner Tipp: Auf der anderen Seite der Bucht (ca. 200m entfernt), ist Dimitris Taverne. Dort waren wir oft, wurden immer herzlich empfangen und haben einfach, aber sehr gut gegessen.
