“The check in process was quick and seamless. I used a luggage delivery service and my luggage was waiting in the lobby at my arrival. The woman at the desk was pleasant and helpful with tips for my stay. The room was clean and contained slippers as well as compartments at the door for my arrival. The kitchen has dishes and an ice tray in the freezer!! As a family of 4, we appreciated the large closet, separate toilet and bath area as well as the sliding wall.
