“The young lady that checked us into our room was so friendly and professional. She gave us information about all of the food and entertainment options that were close by as well as informed about all the perks of the hotel. She answered all of our questions and she wore a smile the entire time. It was very welcoming!”

“What we didn’t like on Saturday night from 5-8 they closed the pool and my grandsons were looking forward to the pool after being at the beach and wanted to swim. We were very disappointed. They said they were filming for a promotion but why in a Saturday during prime time? ”

The room was cozy and the bed was amazing.

“I was so nervous about my stay in California, mostly worried about safety/location/busy-ness of things. I was SO pleasantly surprised!! Ventura was not the busy/crazy I thought it would be. The location and hotel were great! Literal 10 min walk to the beach, they kept the property very clean, actively outside cleaning up the parking lot, pool area.
