“Coco surf really outdid themselves. Me and my family took a family vacation and this place did not disappoint at all. We loved how safe we felt. We loved the cabanas the pool, the walk out to the beach. It's an absolute gem!!!! The staff from the moment we checked in was beyond excellent! So accommodating, respectful, and helpful.”

“Hotel Farallones was fantastic. It was about a 4 minute car ride from El Tunco. The location is stunning and the service was great. It also felt very safe with 24 hour security at the gate. We rented a car, so it was nice to come and go when we pleased. ”

The staff working the bar/ restaurant could be better. I stayed two nights and the bartender the first night was amazing! He came by the pool, asked us if we wanted drinks. “It was ok. Water park water was shut off very early around 3 pm. No communication. The whole point of staying at this places was the water park for the kids. No direct access to the beach. Restaurant overlooking the beach closed at 6 pm. No chance to see the sunset. The breakfast included was average and I wasn’t given any options… just eat what they provide and period. ”

"A causa dell’eruzione dell’Etna ho perso tutti i voli per San Salvador e non ho potuto chiaramente presentarmi all’hotel; appena realizzata la situazione ho contattato l’hotel per avvisarli e cercare di arrivare a un compromesso che mi permettesse di non perdere anche i soldi di questa prenotazione visto il gravissimo danno economico già subito: non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondermi!!
