“The room was clean and tidy including the bathroom. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The distance to the premises of the Kaaba was reasonable. The price was really good/cheap. The only thing i don't like is the location on hill, but, they always are one call away to get you to/bring you back from the haram. I highly recommend this ”

"Stanza impeccabile, staff molto cortese ma nonostante avessimo prenotato East Towers ci é stata assegnata una camera nella West Tower che è più lontana dall’entrata del Haram e che io non ho prenotato nonostante costasse meno al momento della prenotazione (Lo abbiamo percepito come un downgrade). Un altra cosa che mi é dispiaciuto non trovare é il caffè tipico che trovammo nel nostro primo soggiorno."
