“Overall, the resort was average. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach was only about 150 yards of walkable beach that runs directly into a public beach with concrete docks so no long walks on the beach. The connected "partner" hotel, One Harbour, does not allow you to access their beach unless you are a guest at their hotel. “Our stay at Princess Resorts was very disappointing. Housekeeping woke us up 2.5 hours before checkout, banging and yelling despite the “do not disturb” light being on. Service at the Jamaica Food Market was also poor. While waiting for a table, I asked to wait for my family, but the hostess (Sonya) refused and pressured me to go in alone with an unwelcoming attitude. “The room was clean housekeeping was great. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. There were a couple of staff members who weren’t so friendly and had an attitude. I can’t say there was a lot of harassment from the staff that were dressed in white and gray. They continuously asked us if we wanted to take a survey or sign up for something. I thought that was annoying when I’m trying to enjoy my vacation.”

“Kids are only allowed in 2 pools so that was a bit disappointing. Making dinner reservations was not very easy and not always possible( and staff was not helpful in this area). Booked an excursion through the hotel and Chukka tours - do not recommend as most of that day was wasted waiting. Housekeeping was great and room was always cleaned up extremely well, kids were excited to see what animal towel creatures we’d have each day! ”
