Ville in La Spezia

“This villa is really beautiful and very near to the fabulous Cinque Terre. The Villa is big enough and very comfortable. The large garden and the pool are lovely and extremely relaxing. The scenery surrounding the property is wonderful. The owners are a charming and courteous couple, and as helpful as can be. I would definitely recommend a stay at this villa to anyone wanting to spend some time quality time in a tranquil surrounding and comfortable place.”

“Our family has spent wonderful moments at Podere Gaia! The house is beautifully furnished and we had everything we wanted. Our hosts were available to help us and to respond quickly. Massimo even arranged a private chef to come and cook dinner for our family at home. Simply Wonderful! ! ! The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio and lounging by the pool. We took day trips to CINQUE TERRE to eat and shop. We also ventured out to...

“Loved the place and the friendliness of the host. One of the few places in Portovenere with AC which makes it a game changer”

“Toller Gastgeber.

“The views from the villa were well worth the climb up the stairs from the train station. The outdoor spaces looking out over the Mediterranean and Manarola were awesome. The unit was bright and spacious with great windows and was well stocked. Our check-in host met us at the villa and made sure we had everything we needed.”

“This is indeed a dream house. It is big, beautiful, and very well-equipped (with bed linen, sufficient towels, and even stocks of food and non-food items). The kitchen has everything you need and the swimming pool is ideal for children. The owners are kind and helpful. The small village Pignone is an authentic Italian village and has a bar, restaurants and small shops for bread, vegetables etc. The immediate environment is beautiful and there are many hiking trails. And of course, the Cinque...

“We really enjoyed our stay. The view was absolutely exceptional, and the location made it easy to access both the beach and town. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches upon arrival. The host provided snacks and a few meal preparation items, which were a nice surprise. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very responsive and helpful both before and throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay again.”
