“Wir (2 Paare) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienobjekt. Die stadtnahe Lage, am bergigen Rand von La Spezia, war für uns perfekt um von hier aus die Umgebung (Cinque Terre, nördliche Toskana…) zu erkunden. Das Haus selbst hat einen rustikalen und gemütlichen Charm. Vom etwas abseits gelegenen kleinen Pool hat man eine top Aussicht auf La Spezia.”

“Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in La Spezia. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber und die große Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht einfach grandios. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Ne pas oublier: taxes de séjour à payer.Situation incroyable, au coeur des rues piétonnes, et à l'abri des agitations! Grand logement propre, avec un balcon, très calme car situé derrière les immeubles-magasins. C'est beaucoup plus grand et beau que les photos. Les 2 lits sont très confortables et il ne manque de rien dans la cuisine. Adriana nous a communiqué toutes les instructions détaillées pour l'arrivée d'avance. Nous avons pu faire l'enregistrement plus tôt que prévu, ce fut grandement...

We also apprecited the attention to detail within the apartment from their welcoming binder, maps, brochures, toiletries offered in the bathrooms and items available for us in the kitchen. They also checked in with us a few times to see if there was anything we needed throughout our stay.”
