“I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. ”

“staff is great , but the night stands and dresser had cigarette burns, the shower made a noise was on, the toilet cover was old , the sheets weren’t cleaned after 1 night , horrible smell in the room, when we go there the ac was turned off and it was so hot for a good hour. i definitely don’t recommend staying here.”

“The checkin process needs to be updated very much… is not possible that it took almost 45 minutes to complete the process and I was not informed that I had to make a deposit of basically the 75% of the night fee, and that fee will be reversed on my bak account in 3 days… I booked two rooms and one of them was not opening that was reported 2 times to the front desk and at the third time after 1 hour (extra) the room was changed.
