“I had a room with a kitchenette and it was very spacious and clean. The lake view was amazing from the balcony, however, because the balcony was a shared space, it was a bit messy (I.e. someone sat at the table beside our room door and left their coffee cup and trash on the table.”

“I stayed here 2nd times and enjoyed my trip. Only thing I don't like is too many mosquitos.”

“The complimentary breakfast hours are flexible and the food was tasty. Staff was extremely helpful and easy to reach. The room was very clean both on our last visit and our most recent. Parking is plentiful.”

“The hotel was right on the lake and had a lovely beach. A great place for kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s many winery’s to visit close by. You can make your own meals or there’s a good selection of restaurants near the hotel. I would definitely recommend The Poplars Hotel.”
