Castelli a Laghi Smeraldo

“I love it”

“Falta organización en todo. Muchas atracciones cerradas muy temprano o suspendidas.”

“The room was excellent and very clean, but the overall hotel experience was disappointing. The casino was horrible, with no designated non-smoking area. The hotel smelled stuffy, and the carpets need a thorough cleaning. I was also shocked to pay $7 for a bottle of water. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement.”

“Abbiamo prenotato una notte e devo dire che tutto era perfetto. Stanza grandissima e pulita. Alla reception ci ha accolto Nancy che era di una gentilezza assoluta. Colazione compresa buona. Consigliatissimo.”

“My stay was perfect, the jets for the jacuzzi worked great, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with everything. The parking situation was great. Everything was very clean and well kept. I would definitely go again!”

“The tv did not have many channels at all. Our toilet kept running water and had to wait some time to flush again.”

“Very weak wifi practically unusable”

“Fun”
