“The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Even the coffee was good, which is unusual for a free buffet. Given the relatively low price of the rooms, the cleanliness and modern touches were very welcome. Overall, a great stay.”

“Since we last stayed, remodeling has continued! The breakfast room is now open and updated. Beds were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fridge and microwave. Ice machine was out of order. Night and morning staff were helpful and friendly!”

“Overall, my stay was decent. The best parts were the clean room, comfortable bed, good pillows, friendly staff, convenient location, attached Dunkin’, and excellent shower pressure. The room was dusted, vacuumed, smelled freshly cleaned, and I did not see any pests. The property itself is dated and needs renovations. Some furniture and the bathroom door were damaged. The TV quality was poor, and several remote buttons did not work, including the menu and closed-caption buttons. The hallways...

“This is definitely an older hotel. Its location was great. Easy walk to the outlet stores and TLC Park which is especially great for kids. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal and a variety of pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. There are some areas that need fixing. The carpet by the fireplace had a spot that looked like it burnt the carpet and hurt to walk on. Pool was nice and being enclosed would be a great place during the winter.”

“Upon checking into my first room, I was immediately hit by a strong, lingering smell of marijuana, which forced me to request a room change. While the second room was better, the bathroom had a heavy, deep-seated cigarette smoke odor that ultimately gave me a headache. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they claimed they wouldn't know about the smoke smell unless a guest points it out—an explanation I found hard to understand, as the odor was quite obvious.
