“I stayed here for an overnight stop between La Fortuna and Monteverde, the hotel was better than I was expecting. Everything was great, a/c provided, was clean and comfortable and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again if I were passing through. Tilarán is quite a sleepy little town, not a great deal going on there”

“We loved it here. The family cabin (casa bamboo) was fantastic and there was loads of room for our party of nine to sleep. The walk to the waterfalls is included in your stay and it was really interesting with lots of waterfalls and hanging bridges on the way. You have to bear in mind that it is remote and you need to be transported to the accommodation using their 4x4's but you can just message them on WhatsApp and they come and get you instantly. So, if you are looking for an escape for a few...

“Al camera prenotata - facente parte della struttura principale - era assolutamente inadeguata. Piccola, disadorna, poco pulitae soprattutto rumorosissima perchè vicina alla palestra e ad un bigliardino. A seguito delle rimostranze, nella indifferenza del personale, è intervenuta la proprietaria (?), una signora brasiliana molto simpatica e intelligente, che ha disposto la sostituzione con un lodge di 3 stanze molto buono. La valutazione complessiva quindi è data dalla media tra le due stanze....

“If i could give confort Arenal 1000 out of ten i would. Staff was the friendliest and their treatment of guests is very personal. The breakfast was delicious. There were so many plants and facilities are well kept. You felt in an nature oasis. Already planning our next visit with the whole family. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous with a perfect view of the volcanoe. Felt like home! Thank you Geysel and all staff for the amazing service and stay. ”
