“Al camera prenotata - facente parte della struttura principale - era assolutamente inadeguata. Piccola, disadorna, poco pulitae soprattutto rumorosissima perchè vicina alla palestra e ad un bigliardino. A seguito delle rimostranze, nella indifferenza del personale, è intervenuta la proprietaria (?), una signora brasiliana molto simpatica e intelligente, che ha disposto la sostituzione con un lodge di 3 stanze molto buono. La valutazione complessiva quindi è data dalla media tra le due stanze....

“I stayed here for an overnight stop between La Fortuna and Monteverde, the hotel was better than I was expecting. Everything was great, a/c provided, was clean and comfortable and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again if I were passing through. Tilarán is quite a sleepy little town, not a great deal going on there”

“I absolutely loved this property. It’s very small and quaint but the views of the volcano are amazing. I love the bathtub with the window looking at the volcano. The dirt road to drive there is a little sketchy being that I’m a woman by myself and did not have a four-wheel-drive, but I made it. There’s no food on the property, but there is a resort next-door that I walked to and it was great. It is advisable to get food or drinks on your way to the hotel, there isn’t much within a 20 minute or...

“El Tigre is a beautiful place to stay. The service from Andrea, Randy and team was amazing…even though the location is remote, we had everything we needed thanks to their exemplary customer service. The hike to the waterfalls was incredible and we loved the villa. Great blend of activity and relaxation. Just a perfect long weekend in the Bamboo House with our daughter!”
